I had a technician come out to check my radon system which wasn’t working. There was no charge to come out which was great. Once here the technician told me my fan was no good and it would be $375 to replace. That sounded a bit on the high side. I went online and found a new fan for $120 and I was able to install it within 20 minutes. I understand making a profit but up-charging a customer $265 to install a fan that has 5 screws and 3 wires is beyond ridiculous.
This dude had the nerve to cough into his hand before grabbing our door handle to come into my house. He had no gloves, no mask, and took his time coughing all the way down the steps like a completely disrespectful idiot. He almost made it a point to cough all over for no reason, as if it was intentional. Bad attitude, no professionalism, and complete lack of people skills. Unacceptably awful.
