I booked a 5:30 p.m. appointment for my son. When we arrived, no one greeted us, but we sat down and waited. By 6:00 p.m. (closing time), we still hadn’t been acknowledged or given any update. I spoke to a barber who said we’d be seen after his current client. Once he finished, he told us another barber would take us since he answered the phone.
