Ordered and paid in full for my dress. Was told when RTF ceased trading that all dresses would be honoured and has been ordered. Have had no communication from Karen, despite calling and emailing, when the second payment was made direct to her. Edited 12/01/2024 unfortunately the email apologising and telling me not to panic was the only communication to be received. Still keeping everything crossed that I get an email out of nowhere finally confirming a date for my dress to be ready for fitting but I think I will have to just look for a non-wedding dress as a back up 😭 Edited 13/12/23 today received an email back from Karen confirming my dress is in manufacture and apologising for the lack of communication. Edited 13/12/23 today received an email back from Karen confirming my dress is in manufacture and apologising for the lack of communication. Should be hearing later this week on the final timeline for completing the dress. Edited 07/12/23 - unfortunately we have not heard anything since we ordered and paid in April. I have contacted through the website, through Facebook, via email and my mum has also been trying to email and call. The new number that was advised would be live from 3rd December is not connected.
