Mika from Rock The Cradle exuded such a calming, supportive and grounding presence throughout my pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. She provided all the information and guidance needed leading up to the birth of our daughter and throughout labor she stayed by my side providing a vast toolkit of techniques to ease the process both mentally and physically. My husband and I got to work with Elya. From the moment we met her it was like speaking with a really close friend. She made me laugh when I was nervous and was very knowledgeable. Although I ended up having a c-section at birth, due to breech position, she was there at the hospital calming me before birth and helping in the post partum room with the baby. We were so happy to have such a kind support with us for our first baby. Thank you Elya!
Elya was an incredible support leading up to and during the birth of my son. She was incredibly resourceful and calming during my labor. She has a relaxing and strong demeanour. What I really appreciated about Elya is as soon as you meet her you can see how passionate she is about what she does.
