I honestly have no idea what everybody is complaining about. Yes, the waiting room is dusty. Guess what, you're at a paper mill. Yes the smell is bad. Guess what, you're at a paper mill. Everybody is extremely friendly, they have restrooms for drivers available (which is highly valued), they have overnight parking available, and they are very quick to load you. I've been out here for 17 years and when I read some of these reviews I just don't understand what drivers are expecting, Club Med? Be kind, don't keep me tied up all... read more
This place is a total joke they want you here and then they just make you sit they do not load you they do not care The man that runs the shipping area window whatever you call it he is about as rude as can be I would not advise anybody to take a load from this place unless you just don't want to make money or you are paid by the hour
Just like other drivers mentioned...the waiting area is dirty and stinks. The woman at the guard shack is nice but the guy that checked me in at the driver's lounge looked like he hated his job and his life. He didn't address me for about a minute or so when I approached the window. Only good thing is they only took about 15 minutes to load me.
Word of advice to this place if you screwed up the load let the driver go park and rest while you fix your screw up then call him to a door when it's ready to load ...don't make him suffer for four hours in your tiny room sitting on your hard ass chairs ..I have a long drive ahead of me
