Cool people here. You’ll get loaded up pretty quick. Probably frustrated with non-English speaking drivers like everyone else. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes
My experience was great except they load me heavy in the drive axle 35120
Absolutely disgusting place. They expect drivers and passengers to sit in the lounge (keep in mind about 5 minutes ago almost every chair was full) and it’s absolutely filthy. The person at the window is disrespectful and out right rude. One of the drivers was older and hard of hearing and instead of being patient and speaking louder he yelled aggressively at the man arguing with him. Very slow to get dock door. 3 hours and counting. Bathroom is very nasty hasn’t been cleaned in years with crap spread on walls and no TP. Where you have to wait is just as bad.
Not too bad .. easy checkin .. park walk your paper from guard to office .. wait for your dock door .. slide tandems .. then wait in that dusty old room .. BOLS in about an hour or so ..
