ship and customer service have no respecto to drive or customer I try for more they 45 minutes to talk to somebody and was Hang off look like no one in this company want work or don’t give a shit for good service
5 out of 5 receiver, arrived about 15-20 min late due to traffic, didn’t mind at all. gave me a door right away. was unloaded in about 15-20 minutes. yard switcher is also really cool as well.
Good people work here, respectful towards drivers. And they unload about 30-40 mins. ( paper rolls)

If I could give this place 10 stars I would It’s Friday 5pm the load bars broke off the wall. They helped me get it off the wall and continued loading. No problem When you get here tell them at the Tropicana gate that you’re going to westrock they will open the gate immediately and send you off. When you make the left after the 2nd guard shack it’s hard to tell if you make a left or go straight make a left even though it looks tight. It opens up to a big yard easy to back in. Rookies dream
