If I could give this place 10 stars I would It’s Friday 5pm the load bars broke off the wall. They helped me get it off the wall and continued loading. No problem When you get here tell them at the Tropicana gate that you’re going to westrock they will open the gate immediately and send you off. When you make the left after the 2nd guard shack it’s hard to tell if you make a left or go straight make a left even though it looks tight. It opens up to a big yard easy to back in. Rookies dream

Loading between 1 hour to 2 hour nice guys loader directions right urn 9th st destination ur right side 1 first security guard pass go 2nd security guards pass make left Turn before railway track small sign is there for west rock go straight make first left turn u will see docks on ur left hand side .No overnight parking no restroom

great place. turn in at the light for the tropicana entrance, the first guard shack will tell you to go to the next guard shack. right after the second shack, make a left before the train tracks and then make another left. it's a two way street and it's very small and obstructed by trailers and a railroad track, so be careful. once you see the docks on your left the shipping and receiving door is right next to them. i was told to keep the paperwork and back into the dock closest to the wall, i waited for 3 trucks to get unlo... read more

If you ever come here. Do not turn right on 15th street like trucker gps says. Stay on 301 and you will see 9th street. Then it’s a quarter mile on right. It’s in the Tropicana driveway. Lady at guard shack will show you where to go after that.
