Rock & Tait was wonderful. I wasn't sure what to expect based on some reviews both online and from people I know, people who used the word "overpriced" fairly often. I don't feel the work the company did for me was was overpriced. I initially called to figure out if they could solve my ice dam problem. Never in my life have I dealt with an owner/manager of a company who bashed other businesses and contractors as bad as this one did. He was ABSOLUTELY appalling. He told me the contractor I hired (not them) would not do my job correctly, was just a storm chaser, would not be around after the work was done, etc. etc. I actually offered four times to pay for his employees time and work, if that was what he was after.
