RSR repaired a problem with our retaining wall. Everything from their quote to the work and follow up would make most Fortune 500’s jealous. Their level of communication and follow up is absolutely 2nd to none. These folks are the absolute best there is in Central Arkansas if not the entire state. I would highly recommend RSR for any job. Great people and fantastic craftsmanship.
These guys worked their hearts out in 100 plus heat and did an outstanding job on a French drain for me. They were all very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!!
A friend of mine used RSR for her crawl space and was happy with them so I did as well for a sump pump and french drain under the house(on a slope). This experience was very easy and professional all around. When my patio’s lower concrete slab began to settle, it allowed a large crack along the porch foundation which allowed rain water to pool and drain underneath. This settlement also caused the steps from my upper porch (leading down) to drop from the upper porch slab resulting in a large gap between the upper porch slab and the stairs. He arrived when scheduled and was very professional and answered any questions I had. We decided to go ahead with the quote.
