Attending sessions at the Parkinson's Training Center has truly changed my life. I began one-on-one sessions with Gary right after my diagnosis and have since changed to one session a week with Gary and then attend the Saturday boot camp class. Gary WIthall and Lori Donnelly are excellent trainors. They always bring a new set of exercises to our sessions that are designed to strengthen our Parkinsonian deficits. And they always bring an excellent attitude...they may push us to our limits, but never beyond our limits...and they have taken the time to get to know our indiviidual ability levels. The group support is also phenomenal...a group that always cares about the well-being of the members.

I totally denied my PD diagnosis. My husband did not. He searched for a training center that would help me physically and lift my spirits. Daughter was recovering from SEVERE Traumatic Brain Injury. We lived at several inpatient rehabilitation institutions the first 12 months.
