I haven’t been there, but I’m looking for a place for my husband to do Rock steady boxing because he did it before the pandemic but your site acts like it’s already shut down if it is just take it off so we don’t get your hopes up
I was given the opportunity to volunteer at the Ormond Beach Rock Steady Program. Kelsey (The Kraken) makes you feel like family and the fighters inspire .They are committed to being there for every workout. All are given fighter names mine is now Jay Bird :) Kraken takes time for us all to share something about ourselves each class.I get the overwhelming feeling that we all belong there together in this fight. Victoria is a wonderful coach! I had the opportunity to participate in a class with the boxers; she does an amazing job integrating therapy principles into each aspect of the class. I highly recommend this program!
