I love this place. Leann, Tom, and Christy have been very patient with me and helped through the exercises. Moreover, after just a few classes I noticed significant improvements - lessening of my tremors and better stability on my feet. I recommend Rock Steady Boxing Mesa for anyone with Parkenson's.
