As a Parkinson's warrior I can't say enough good things about my experience at RSB. I've seen huge improvements in flexibility, stamina, and balance for myself as well as several other people in our group. The activities are challenging, but the coaches make it fun and tailor them to your abilities. Rock Steady has been a wonderful activity for my mom who has been thriving with her decade long diagnosis. She still amazes me with her boxing skills and always smiling while doing it.
