My husband is 75 and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He is taking 2 30minute classes a week, and always comes out with lots of energy and a positive attitude. The people are very kind, professional, and skilled, working with diverse group. The energy in the place is always good.

Caring and compassionate staff that genuinely care about each individual there. If you suffer from Parkinson's disease, this place should be on your must do list. I can't say enough good things about it. Stop by and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Co-owner Allie along with her team of coaches and assistants were very patient and caring in addressing the special needs of my 87 year old dad with Parkinson's. Dad loves boxing and found the classes very enjoyable, despite that he was unable to fully keep up with the classes .

The coaches are very dedicated to their job. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s back in 2015 and I started going to Rock Steady Boxing recently and found that it has helped me a lot. My symptoms have improved greatly. I know when I go to these classes, they are gear to each individual and will help individuals with their motor skills. I recommend to anybody that is suffering with their symptoms.
