I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 3 years ago, I had been living in North Carolina and participating in RSB there. I come to the Coral Springs are for the winter and I needed a place here to workout. I found that the people here are great, like family. If you’re looking for help with Parkinson’s this is the place. Don’t be afraid or shy they were so welcoming!! I love it. I find it really helps me! Two thumbs up.

My husband is 75 and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He is taking 2 30minute classes a week, and always comes out with lots of energy and a positive attitude. The people are very kind, professional, and skilled, working with diverse group. The energy in the place is always good.

Caring and compassionate staff that genuinely care about each individual there. If you suffer from Parkinson's disease, this place should be on your must do list. I can't say enough good things about it. Stop by and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I am a retired nurse and nurse executive, who within months of retiring was diagnosed with PD. I was scared although I had plenty of medical knowledge I didn’t understand Parkinson’s as well as I should have. Co-owner Allie along with her team of coaches and assistants were very patient and caring in addressing the special needs of my 87 year old dad with Parkinson's. Dad loves boxing and found the classes very enjoyable, despite that he was unable to fully keep up with the classes .
