Rock Steady Boxing Bucks County is an energetic and empowering non contact boxing and exercise program which allows people with Parkinson's Disease to "fight back". We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s disease can enhance their daily quality of life and even build impressive power, strength, flexibility and speed! By exercising with coaches who know the ropes, you can "fight" your way out of the corner and start to feel and function better.

Fun, welcoming, and challenging RSB provides not only a great workout but a great atmosphere as well. Ann and Joanne bring it every day. They instruct, offer different exercises every class, and give guidance and support. RSB is awesome!
