Rock Steady Boxing Northeast Indiana is a 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to empower people with Parkinson's Disease to fight back. To give them hope and improve their quality of life through a non contact boxing based fitness curriculum. Classes are led by former Golden Gloves, State Junior Olympic and State AAU Champ Dave Walker and wife Valeska who are both Certified Rock Steady Boxing coaches. Fun and camaraderie combined with forced intense exercise help participants celebrate every victory.
