I’ve been going here for a year or more now and can honestly say this is the best nail salon experience I’ve had for the area — and I’ve been getting my nails done for 25+ years. I text the owner directly for appointments, and they are always on time, professional, and accommodating. The service is consistently great no matter who helps me. First, I walked out with a decent manicure, which is the only reason I left a 3 star review. BUT ... I asked for a gel manicure. They - THREE employees - had a 2 minute conversation amongst themselves (while holding one of my hands & studying my nails) in a foreign language. They didn't believe me when I told them it was a gel manicure. I was asked to get up & move to another employee. (with no explanation to me!) I heard them mention acrylic. I firmly told them - NO. I love Rose and Mimi! Thank you so much!! It was my first time getting my nails done and I could have not gone to a better place! Thank you Rose! Mimi did an amazing job on my pedi!! So gentle and kind!! I will be back! Definitely!! I asked for the Pinterest picture on the left and got what is on the left!! I picked the darker nail polish. Thank you ladies! You are the best!
