I thought my fuel pump had gone bad. I talked with Connie (very knowledgeable) in the Service Dept. They spent 4 hrs trying to diagnose the problem. Finally figured out that I had no gas when they went to get a sample of the gas to see if I had gotten bad gas. It turns out that there was no gas in the tank. Talk about “embarrassed”. They didn’t make me feel bad at all. She talked to the owner and they decided to only charge me for 1 hr of labor and they put in just enough gas to get to the gas station to fill up. I want to give a huge thank you to Connie, Justin, Destiny, and Lexi at the Rocksprings, Toyota. It's not a unique story.
