I had an issue with my Toyota while driving on the interstate close to Rock Springs, called them, and they told me to go to AutoZone because they were too busy. I've never had a Toyota dealership tell me that before.
I thought my fuel pump had gone bad. I talked with Connie (very knowledgeable) in the Service Dept. They spent 4 hrs trying to diagnose the problem. Finally figured out that I had no gas when they went to get a sample of the gas to see if I had gotten bad gas. It turns out that there was no gas in the tank. Talk about “embarrassed”. They didn’t make me feel bad at all. She talked to the owner and they decided to only charge me for 1 hr of labor and they put in just enough gas to get to the gas station to fill up.
