After I bought my pretty car I couldn’t get one person interested in helping answer even basic questions on the new technology that I just had a hard time with. More than I wanted or needed, but it was the only car they had at the time and I was told they were not expecting anymore like it for some time. the lady at the parts desk was rude. told me they had the part and then hung up on me. i drive down there and they didnt have the part.if you need honda parts in rock springs id just buy em online
Took my CRV in for safety systems issue and they found a bigger issue. They fixed the issue at no charge. They kept me informed the whole time. Outstanding customer service!!
Love the fact it's dog friendly. Staff is not overly friendly and customer service is very slow. I literally spent the entire day here waiting for a simple procedure on my car. Never got it done. Very Trump strong news playing constantly.
