Updating my last review: The management are never available during their posted hours and will dodge phone calls. Residents continue to be upset by changes made without proper discussion, there are inconsistencies between dates and policies, and the price gouging over lot rent absurd. I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of follow-up on the tree removal issue at my residence in Rock Springs Mobile Home Park. Over a month ago, I spoke with the manager, Louis, who assured me that someone would inspect the tree and provide a timeline for its removal. These worst place ever. We lived there for 3 yrs 2 and half yrs we didn’t have an oven or stove. Told them from day 1 about it and nothing. Also dishwasher was all busted inside never did get it fixed. Floors was coming up came and looked and went on. Gun shots every night people banging on your trailer and running. Rent was to high. So glad I moved
