We found some huge boulders while excavating for a kitchen addition, Rick splitters came up on a google search, So we called Brian. he came out that night, gave us a competitive price. We gave him the green light and he sent the guys out within a few days. When the excavator came back and removed the split rock, we found out that the Boulder was deeper and larger than expected and so it was not completely split, Brian sent the guys out there the next morning to take care of it, which they did. If I could give zero stars I would. We signed a contract and put down a deposit with Rock Splitters three weeks ago with the understanding they had immediate availability for a and could start the next day. And for 18 days nothing has happened except excuses for why they cannot show up to do the work. Brian's lack of performance is doing real financial damage to our project, our finances, our ability to get our driveway in before the weather turns and our ability to have a functioning driveway through the winter. rocksplitters inc blasted a job for us in newton, it saved us thousands in hammer time, Brian *****, and Brandon (the blaster) performed with such finesse, it was just incredible the neighbors didn't feel a thing, it was done in 1 week, just incredible i would recommend them every time .no more hammer time for us !
