I wasn’t a fan. My massage was too rough after repeatedly asking her to be “softer” I left feeling like I got beat up. Also, I don’t like that the room was so close to the front that I could hear every customer coming in and every conversation taking place. It wasn’t a peaceful or relaxing massage at all. Also she left the room twice during my massage. Everything she needed should have already been in the room.
This place has great massage therapists (I recommend CiCi) and good pricing with hot stone and aromatherapy included. Customer service is not the best. The front desk woman with short hair interrupted my service to argue with my masseuse and was also arguing with the other front desk woman when I asked for change for a tip. Very uncomfortable.
I have been there 3 times. The 1st two times were great. The last time felt extremely rushed and painful. I kept asking her to make the massage softer. Not everyone seems to work the same way or have the same skill.
OMG Great experience Amy was amazing. Front end staff was great. Can't want to come back.
Everyone was kind & professional. 2hr Massage was so good felt like 30 minutes.
