These guys are solid, great installers, very thorough and conscientious.
Rock Solid was easy to work with from the start. Returned my call quickly, scheduled the appointment, was on time! All the basics that seem to be lost in the industry today. Most importantly the work they did on what will now be my Wine Cellar and Tasting Room floor was amazing! It transformed the room!
The personnel at Rock Solid all were very professional. We had some unexpected issues arise, but we were able to work through them with time. Rock Solid was responsible and communicative during the process. I would hire them again.
We decided to have the Rock Solid company redo our balcony floor & railings. The balcony off the master bedroom was 26yrs old with a floor that needed repair & the railings were very shakey and not safe. We are very pleased with the workmanship David and his crew did on both the balcony floor & railings. Rock Solid has a very hard working professional crew and that far exceeded my expectations. As a result, we are ready for the rainy weather... Thank You David and crew.

Left a huge mess. Mold still on the walls and concrete ash all over my house. Terrible!! Don't use these guys. They have an excuse for everything that's done half-ass.
