I shopped around contractors for about 2 months before choosing Rock Solid Construction for my Kitchen Renovation Project. Prior to signing the contract I spoke with and emailed Denise Lowder the Project Consultant. We went over everything and had a list of materials chosen and to be installed. On Sept. 21, 2020 I signed a contract and put down a 30% deposit at that time. The original contract had an estimated start date of 10-16 weeks. To make this short, we signed a contract to have 3 decks built on July 24 2020. Nothing was done until the week after Christmas. They then demolished our front deck and 2 back decks. According to the contract, we have paid them over $22,000 so far. They did come out and built a ramp so my wife with a broken leg could get in and out of our house yesterday Feb 23 2021. I was sent this company by homeadvisor. I have a small bathroom that I needed to remodel and already had the materials to finish the job and had someone come out to give me an estimate. I have already removed the tub and most of the dry wall. The estimate I received blew me away. I have a small tile job for the tub surround and install of a tub and tile flooring that needs to go in.
