Rock Solid Pools is a disaster. Don't do business with them. Since the original owner of the business (Phil) has left the company, the remaining partners are refusing to replace or repair their warrantee items that aren't working. They never answer the phone and when they do (by mistake), they come up with all sorts of excuses. "The manufacturer has that on back order, etc." We have been trying to get them to fix or replace our non- functioning underwater lights now for five months and they couldn't care less.
