I had a tree that needed to be removed, the roots were lifting the sidewalk & driveway, the stump was deep in the ground. They were able to come out sooner than any other co, removed it quickly & it was also the best price I could find. I also used them for front and backyard maintenance which again they were on time and did a great job!
Rock Solid is a very unprofessional company. The way they handle customers, jobs and even there own employees is very shady. I would definitely recommend choosing any other landscape company than Rock Solid.
Rock Solid is a very unorganized company. Jenson & Susan are highly rude and they're lack of communication is out of control. I would not recommend using them in any shape or form.

Our experience with this company less than professional. The kind lady that answered the phone was sweet but the service performed was not worth the cost. The work they did had to be redone and it took a long time to get them to return. ( a couple weeks ) In addition, they charged us (arguably overcharged us) for the service to fix the subpar original work. I highly suggest moving on and looking for a more reputable and reliable company that comes with experience and expertise instead of a poorly ran home based business.
