Could not recommend this practice more!!! Dr Rachel Nguyen conducted an assessment and surgical extraction for my partner, who was well taken care of. Her advice and service was thorough and professional from start to finish - making sure we understood the procedure and what it entailed, during and after for at home care. I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the dental equipment seemed very modern. Dr. Nguyen was attentive and took the time to explain the procedure I needed. The treatment itself was virtually painless, and I was impressed with the overall efficiency of the visit. I'll definitely be returning for my future dental needs. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Rock Solid, they absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable and happy with my treatment plan every step of the way. Dr Rachel, Dr Lee and Jamiel are the kindest team of professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have some health issues which they took into consideration every step of the way. Dr Lee provided my initial consultant, and I couldn't have felt more comfortable to proceed. Dr Lee listened, made suggestions and prepared a detailed treatment plan. In the care of Dr Rachel Nugyen and Nurse Tracy, I couldn’t be happier. For me it has been a six-month process, and I would do in again in an instant under their care.
