Our technician was Chad, he was awesome! My grandmothers heat went out I called Rock Solid on a Saturday and an hour later Chad was there and about 30 minutes later he had the part replaced and the heat going! Wonderful company will use again!
Contacted for furnace and A/C check and clean. Scheduling was easy, we got a text reminder, a call & text with photo before arrival, they showed up on time, service was quick and professional, pricing was extremely reasonable, and we received a receipt that included photos and a recap of the work completed. We wouldn't hesitate to call again!
We have already been very happy with prompt service from Dan last year and again earlier this week when our older furnace went out. He confirmed what we suspected, that our 30yr old furnace needed to be replaced, but he was able to have it running, gave us a good quote for a high efficiency unit and today Steve Duane spent the whole day dismantling the old one, removing it and installing one we're already very happy with.
