Sam took great care of us. He kept his informed throughout the process, did great work, and was able to do it weeks ahead of his competitors at a fair price. He was very upfront with any additional costs we might incur and everything was spelled out in a contract. I would definitely use Rock Solid Granite again!
Constantly had to msg them to ensure installation then during installation they destroyed my brand new vanity and the wall surrounding it. When I brought this to their attention, I was told to get “texture in a can” to spot fix the wall & was told they would repair the vanity but they have contributed to be a no show.
Just wanted to explain my rating! Owner gave me a price, I ask him if there was any other fee’s I needed to know about, he replied no! I find out later he doesn’t put the plumbing together so he charged me 100. Extra for that ( claims he forgot to tell me)His employees broke my wall and he said that wasn’t he’s Responsibility to fix it, he said that happens.
