I’ve had an incredible experience out Rock Solid Fitness. Their use of Temp training are both innovative and effective, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. They are professional and knowledgeable.

** Update** The trainers at Rock Solid Fitness are fantastic—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly attentive. Recently I strained my calf muscle. They carefully evaluated my injury and adjusted my workouts so I could keep making progress while healing. They even gave me great advice for at-home care. As a 3 year member of RSF I highly recommend this business. I love their philosophies and their staff. I get the maximum out of each workout. At other gyms I have had trainers listen like bartenders to people’s life stories and that’s why I wouldn’t train at other gyms. One of my favorite things about RSF is that each staff members trains me with a different skill and viewpoint.
