Two months in with their small group personal training program and I am seeing real results in muscle tone and strength gains from 2 weekly 30 min sessions. I am a busy professional so this is perfect for my schedule and Patty and her trainers (Matt, Nino and Stephen) are knowledgeable and encouraging. Rock Solid Fitness - ROCKS ! I’m a late 60’s retired guy from a high stress job who goes to the gym regularly but got stuck in the same old … same old, uninspired workouts ! Great gym! Really unique approach to maximize time and meet your goals. Definitely recommend.
I use the InBody scan at Rock Solid Fitness to watch my body’s metrics change as I work out and adjust my nutrition to meet my goals. I love that RSF supports me each visit. Nino is always super friendly and helpful, and whatever staff member assists with the scan explains what is happening with my metrics and how I should adapt to reach my goals. Thanks, RSF!
