I'm not entirely sure as to why they refuse to maintain communication, but I took the time to give them the benefit of the doub thinking they were busy and would get back to me, nothing but crickets...

We absolutely love our fence! They listened to what we wanted, and then made it happen! We did not want to lose the view of the woods behind us, and we haven’t!
