From start to finish the whole process ran smoothly because I was able to contact Anthony anytime i needed to. My questions were answered and we continued...! Our experience working with Rock Solid Creations, from sales (Jay) and scheduling (Heather) was great. Jay was friendly, and knowledgeable, explained everything in detail to us, and we never felt rushed. Heather called us to introduce herself and explained the process and scheduling for our new countertops. Great team, and we will recommend RSC to our friends and family.
Jay was great! He came to the house with samples and talked about options. He then met me at the supplier to look at large slabs to get a better idea of what the counters would look like. Very helpful with his suggestions and expertise!
