I do not recommend this construction company based on my personal experience. They market owner financing; however, I later became aware of existing liens on some properties, which was not clearly communicated at the beginning. This raised concerns for me regarding transparency. I did to several people and even realtors who had previously worked with this company, and several shared similar experiences.
