Went looking for a futon and were in and out with the futon loaded in our truck in about 30 minutes! Great, friendly staff! Sam was awesome! Some frames are made at the store. Highly recommend this store!
I emailed your company over a month ago to get help with finding the correct hardware for a futon frame I was given as a gift. Yesterday I was finally able to bring the frame to your warehouse where Josh took some time to help find the correct hardware to put together a frame that your company doesn't even carry. I am extremely impressed with the customer service your company provides and will be coming there in the near future for a new mattress for our frame. Thank you so much for being so awesome!
I love mine. We have two. One for the TV room and one in my daughter's room. Over night guests always remark on how comfortable the futon is.

Buyer beware! Website states all are made local (our futon mattress was) but the frame was made in Malaysia! The website is VERY misleading. One of the holes wasn't drilled all the way through, had to get a rock and bang it through, one of the support brackets was missing a screw. If you want to make sure the model you're buying is made locally (the main reason we chose rock soft) you better call ahead, I thought we were getting a locally made product, but we paid American craftsmanship prices for big box store import qualit... read more
