Stay away! This place is horrible, the office in Marquette is unorganized and rude, which stems directly from the owner. My wife and I ordered a granite counter top about 2 months ago, aside from there being delays in acquiring the slab there were also delays in scheduling, whenever my wife tried to find out when they expect to complete the work she was treated very poorly by whomever answers the phone and not told anything so she stopped calling the Marquette store and began just dealing with the Hancock office. They never finished my job. Gave me knock off quartz. Not was ordered. In capable of picking up the phone and constant lies. Buyer beware
Fantastic!! They did an amazing job on our countertops. We encountered a problem during installation and they were prompt to notify and rectify the situation. They are amazing to work with and did an absolute outstanding job on our kitchen counters and bathroom vanities.
Service was great start to finish. Thank you all for all the hard work! We are so happy with our kitchen countertops! Looking forward to doing the bathrooms next!
