This place is horrible, the office in Marquette is unorganized and rude, which stems directly from the owner. My wife and I ordered a granite counter top about 2 months ago, aside from there being delays in acquiring the slab there were also delays in scheduling, whenever my wife tried to find out when they expect to complete the work she was treated very poorly by whomever answers the phone and not told anything so she stopped calling the Marquette store and began just dealing with the Hancock office.
