Editing my review due to recent experiences: I am very frustrated with the billing as of late. I received a statement in the mail for an amount from 3 years ago. With zero information other than an amount and a finance charge. I thought it was a fraudulent bill since every six months since that service I have gone in and left with a “zero” balance. Including just 2 months ago. I did call and they are willing to waive the fee, bless their hearts. The worst part is I hate the thought of finding a new dentist and I love Diane. ... read more
My husband and I have been discussing changing dentists to get someone closer to where we live (in Roy). Then a couple of months ago I broke a tooth. We looked at reviews on line and decided to go to Rock Run Dental. Everyone in the clinic was wonderful, they answered my questions, and just made me feel comfortable. Dr. Preston showed me the x-rays and why I need a crown. What blew me away was that he was able to do do the crown that day. I told my husband I found my new dentist. I had a crown repair done on 4/30/25 and as pleasant of an experience as something like that could be, it was at Rock Run. I had a bit of a unique situation because my family was not in town for a very long time, so I needed a same day crown. Dr. Miller was extremely kind and understanding with my situation and displayed excellent “bedside manner” throughout the operation.
