I hired them to redo my front yard a week ago. They did great job for me. I had a very disappointing experience when following up about my brother’s submitted timesheet. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude, kept cutting me off, and even hung up on me instead of listening or transferring me to the right person. I was told I’d receive an update by Friday, but no one got back to me, and when I called again, the same unprofessional behavior happened. This is not the way clients should be treated, and it really reflects poorly on the company’s management and communication.
