The crew finally showed up after a two‑week delay, but they left the roof partially uncovered and didn’t secure the tarps properly. A sudden storm blew debris into the attic, causing water damage. When I called the office, they brushed it off and said they’d “send someone next week,” which never happened, forcing me to hire a different contractor to finish the job and repair the damage.
I hired Rock Roof LLC to replace my aging metal roof, but the crew arrived two days late and left the job half‑finished, exposing the interior to rain. When I called for a follow‑up, the office promised a crew “as soon as possible,” yet no one showed up for another week, leaving my home vulnerable and forcing me to hire another contractor to complete the work.
Rock roofing replaced some popped up shingles and I was very pleased with the job, they were reasonably priced and answered some questions i had, I would recommend them!!
