Malliyah was very quick to answer the phone to help assist me.
The project was supposed to take one week, but it dragged on for nearly a month. They kept coming late, leaving early, and blaming the weather even when it was sunny. On top of that, the final bill was 30% higher than the quote. I regret choosing them.
I hired this roofing contractor to fix a leak, but after spending thousands, the problem came back within weeks. When I called to have them come back, they kept delaying and eventually stopped responding. Now I have water damage inside my home. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
They promised high-quality shingles but used cheap ones that started curling just months after installation. When I raised concerns, they said it wasn’t their problem because the warranty was through the manufacturer. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this company.
The crew was careless, left nails all over my driveway, and damaged my gutters. When I tried to speak with the owner, he was rude and dismissive. No apology, no accountability. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
