A bit disappointing. I am in the market for a mattress and stopped in with the intent of making a purchase. The showroom appears to have good variety. I wasn’t acknowledged when I stopped in. I approached the back window and wondered the showroom for 15 minutes.
Exceptional service with Joey. He assisted us in determining which mattress fit us to a T for TERRIFIC!! PLEASE go see him if you need to update your old mattress. Fair price and financing to make it affordable. The men who delivered our new mattress and set up were awesome--- cannot forget them either.
This is my second time purchasing through Rock and Roll, would not go anywhere else! Joey listens to all your concerns and gives you direction to the best mattress for you, he takes time and explains the differences between any product he has. All without any pressure! For a good nights sleep, stop by soon!
The Joeys were great and both very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of selecting and purchasing a new mattress. Their delivery team (the Eds) were also fantastic and had everything setup for us in no time at all! Highly recommend visiting the store to at least see the awesome setup, which will convince you to buy a mattress .
Jewels was very knowledgeable. I have a latex allergy, most new organic mattresses contain latex. She took the time to make sure it was latex free. She was patient while we made our decision. The bundle deal was unbeatable coming with an adjustable bed frame, headboard, pillows, sheets, and a mattress protector. They carry a variety of popular online brands that you can try in store that no other chain mattress stores offer. Highly recommend!!
