The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We had a great experience with the owner, Joe, and the rest of his staff. I will never shop for a mattress anywhere else, and will send everyone I know directly to them!
We found this place looking to try out some brands that we thought were only online. Matt was a great help - no pressure, only facts and guidance. We bought a new mattress and box spring. The delivery team understood the product and identified that our existing box spring was fine, saving us a nice chunk of what we had spent.
I give Rock & Roll City Mattress a 10 out of 10! What a fun and enjoyable shopping experience! First of all, the showroom is very cool. Yes, it has lots of mattresses but also some very cool rock & roll memorabilia. As well, Joey is friendly, super knowledgeable, and made my wife and I feel like we had a friend helping us find our perfect mattress. If you need a new mattress I can't recommend them enough.
Let me start off by saying very nice and clean store. I really couldn't afford a mattress at an expensive price but, they really help me look around and even worked with pricing for me. We we're able to sit and talk and tell stories with the older gentleman there. Such a good vibe. Me and my sister enjoy that family feeling. Delivery was on time. And let me tell what a gentleman they were. So nice and caring thank you to everyone..
