Turns out they think they are too good to repair any chainsaw. Either that or they don't have the skill to do so. I needed to get my chainsaw carburetor cleaned and they said they don't work on the brand that I have. A carburetor is a carburetor whether it's on a Stihl or a Craftsman or any other chainsaw. Time to knock their five-star review off their high horse and let the truth be told.
Eric is on top of it! Bought a new Stealth Gravely, had maintenance done on my snow blower, rented an aerator, just all around great service and products!
