Bought an Ariens ikon from them a year ago! Junk! The pin for the deck height always pops out! I called after a couple weeks of having it to make sure there wasn’t something we could do to fix this and they said they would have a sales rep or an Ariens rep come out and watch me mow to see what’s going on! Turns out they think they are too good to repair any chainsaw. Either that or they don't have the skill to do so. I needed to get my chainsaw carburetor cleaned and they said they don't work on the brand that I have. A carburetor is a carburetor whether it's on a Stihl or a Craftsman or any other chainsaw. Time to knock their five-star review off their high horse and let the truth be told.
Eric is on top of it! Bought a new Stealth Gravely, had maintenance done on my snow blower, rented an aerator, just all around great service and products!
