The receptionist is the worst
I had him due my wisdom teeth in two sessions as it was very expensive. He suggested we do the bottoms first as those were the ones that bothered me the most a year later he did my top wisdom teeth and well as a tooth that had to be pulled root canal job was more expensive then having him pull it so I told him to go ahead and take care of it . He took the time to address my concerns and worries. If I needed oral surgery again I would use these guys again . Thank you for making my experience less stressful.
I had 3 of my wisdom teeth extracted under local anesthesia at the Beloit office last week. I was nervous leading up to the surgery, but Dr. McCue and the staff put my mind at ease with their kindness, understanding, humor, and complete explanation of the procedure. I was very comfortable before, during, and after the extraction. If the noise might make you uncomfortable, I'd advise bringing a pair of earbuds and some good music. Hands down the best experience you could imagine. Let me start with the staff from the receptionists to the nurses everyone was super nice and professional without fault. Guadalupe (I hope I spelled her name right) was my nurse that did my initial visit and assisted Dr.Mccue for my surgery. I was treated respectfully while being honest about the condition my teeth were in & also what would happen if I continued to wait. I had 4 wisdom teeth that needed an extraction, along with sedation & a reliable oral surgeon! After 2 years of back & forth with other dental places in Rockford & Chicago that accepted the insurance but were horrible at there job.
