Cheap, modular homes. Nothing impressive
We hated our Rock River Home!!! The lot was awful. The site needs to be level and cleared of trees with no slope. Modular homes may appear ideal in theory, but they lack quality. Just cheap homes to accommodate buyers who can't afford much. Certainly not us. Terrible electric work, poor craftsmanship, poor workmanship, all around bad. Cheap, modular homes. Nothing impressive
Our building process started five years ago with Rock River Homes, but due to personal reasons we had to postpone our build! Fast-forward and we have been in our new home for one week and we absolutely love our new home. Special thanks to Angie for her patience and understanding during this process she is absolutely the best!
