Been in our new home for just over a year now and have been really pleased and impressed with our home and the company that built it...all around solid home in the Northern Neck...any quirks ironed out in timely fashion...would definitely recommend to others...
Cheap, modular homes. Nothing impressive
We hated our Rock River Home!!! The lot was awful. The site needs to be level and cleared of trees with no slope. Modular homes may appear ideal in theory, but they lack quality. Just cheap homes to accommodate buyers who can't afford much. Certainly not us. Terrible electric work, poor craftsmanship, poor workmanship, all around bad. I'm in construction and this type of home would never past inspection. When it comes to your new home, not just any builder will do.
