Our building process started five years ago with Rock River Homes, but due to personal reasons we had to postpone our build! Fast-forward and we have been in our new home for one week and we absolutely love our new home. We relocated to Virginia from Chicago in search of some much-needed peaceful time. I've previously worked in sales of insurance, mortgages, and real estate. We were shocked by how cheap the Rock River homes were when our agent showed them to us. We had anticipated spending much more. We built with Rock River almost 3 years ago. We absolutely love our home. The entire process was easy. The selection process was a breeze because of their design team. We were able to customize our home to fit our needs and our wants. From start to finish took about 9 months and this was COVID. We felt like part of a family. Our home is well built and solid. The craftsmanship is excellent. We couldn't be happier with our home and are looking forward to a lifetime of memories!
