Overall I'd pick zero stars. No patient deserves to be treated so poorly, young or old. My gut feeling was to leave and we won't be back.
I made an appointment and expected my toe to be che ked out and then told to return. Nope. It was examined and removed. All in the same visit. The way it should be. The doctor was very nice and patient. He also has a sence of humor. With me, a.sense of humor goes a long way. If I had known it would have been taken care of this quick, I wouldn't have waited so long! 😊

Great job removing my big toe nail, No pain
Idon't wrote negative responses, but I felt the need to do so this time. I took my 92 year old mom to Rock River Foot & Ankle Clinic to have routine nail trimming done. While clipping my mom's toenails, Dr. Yaeggi accidentally snipped the tip of one of her toes, causing a sore and a lot of discomfort until it healed. At the time, he didn't acknowledge snipping her skin at all, and at the next appointment (in which we waited for 50 minutes until Dr. Yaeggi came in the room 🙄), when I told him what he did, his response was to... read more
