I've only had one experience and I'm unsure if I'm going back. I called to order a pizza for pickup. I was told it would be twenty minutes. I had to run a couple of errands and showed up about twenty five minutes later. They hadn't put my pizza order in yet and I had to wait another twenty minutes. The lady who worked there was extremely rude and didn't even offer an apology. Good thing I wasn't in a rush!! Rock river is by far the best pizza in town. The crust is perfectly thin and They offer a wide variety of gourmet toppings. The appetizers are especially good,including the buffalo wings. Great atmosphere, but waitresses can be rude and the tin ceilings amplify the sound a little too much.
