We just moved into a condo and needed to have the garage door (cable, rollers, springs, operator) checked out as part of preventative maintenance. We called Rock River Door Co. to assess. Aaron , our technician, came out became day as we called from Rock River Door and based on the condition and age of our cables, rollers (over 15 years) recommenced replacement of parts that were at end of their useful life. Rock River Door Company replaced our garage door last August, so we called them again today when our garage door opener went out. We were quoted a fair price and they arrived to install it in about an hour. Eric was very personable and efficient and had the new one installed in about an hour and a half. Highly recommend this company.
