Everything about this place is HORRIBLE!! Appts take forever to get. Routine medicine prescribed with no refills. You have to call every month to have the refill sent to the pharmacy. Sounds good until the next month when they refuse to call in the medicine and you are out. This is especially dangerous when stopping the medication suddenly will cause seizures!! Finally got an appt & went in & was told my (their) paperwork had expired?? I was in obvious medical distress and they still turned me away. I don't even know how the... read more
If you want to go to a clinic that has poor customer service, takes up to 1 week to respond to prescription refill requests and treats you like a number, then go here. I like the nurse practioner, but the clinic itself is run like a money making machine. They're overwhelmed and unresponsive.
I wouldn't take my dog to this group of doctors.. You sit in the waiting room for hours at a time even when you have an appointment.. The staff is very rude and the doctors act like they don't care.. I don't even think there is a doctor in the practice its a bunch of PA's. I don't even think thats legal.. DO NOT GO HERE
