The buildings and grounds are very well kept and maintained; but the biggest complaint that I have personally had is the lack of available parking for both residents and visitors. I work into the early night (usually I am home by 10:00 or 11:00pm) and rarely find a spot close by my building. If I am lucky, maybe I find a spot behind the building. Most of the time, I have to park my car all the way up at the front lot near the management offices, and when you have to lug around a supply bag that weighs about 40 or 50 pounds, ... read more

Newer resident, so far loving the community & the area. Kimberley from the leasing office was great given that we moved in 3 days from touring the place so a very fast turnaround (greatly appreciated).

I think someone would have more luck getting in touch with the president of the United States than the leasing office in Rockpointe. No mater when you call or how many times you call or messages you leave do not expect anyone to pick up or get back to you. However, you can expect rent increases that are astronomical, some years as high as 8%. You can expect rules to be changed at any given time, one example would be when they decided to enforce a rule where you can not throw dog waste bags in garbage cans located outside, on... read more
