The buildings and grounds are very well kept and maintained; but the biggest complaint that I have personally had is the lack of available parking for both residents and visitors. I work into the early night (usually I am home by 10:00 or 11:00pm) and rarely find a spot close by my building. If I am lucky, maybe I find a spot behind the building. Newer resident, so far loving the community & the area. Kimberley from the leasing office was great given that we moved in 3 days from touring the place so a very fast turnaround (greatly appreciated).

I think someone would have more luck getting in touch with the president of the United States than the leasing office in Rockpointe. No mater when you call or how many times you call or messages you leave do not expect anyone to pick up or get back to you. However, you can expect rent increases that are astronomical, some years as high as 8%. I lived in college apartments with better management than this place. Absolutely everything about the office staff is terrible and they don’t know how to treat residents.
