If I could I would give no stars. Terrible neighbors, incompetent property management, ruined life. Can you believe that such a building claiming to be a high-end luxury apartment cannot even meet the basic right to quiet of the residents? I’ve been a resident here since it first opened in 2022. It’s had its up and downs throughout the years with management and the leasing office. A couple months ago, they finally hired a new manager for the complex David and he’s been doing a great job getting the complex back on track from when it first was managed and excellent with communication which was extremely lacked from previous management. Rock Pointe is a very nice, well managed, apartment complex. The apartment units are very modern, spacious and well maintained. I have rarely had to submit a repair request, but when I have, the matter was promptly resolved. I submitted a repair request, at 11:30 pm, last night, via their on-line web portal, with a urgency rating of medium (on a scale of Low, Medium, High or Urgent).
