I’ve lived here since this complex first opened in 2022 and let me tell you, it was an amazing place to live with everything kept beautiful along with great management….fast forward to now, it’s an absolute shame to see how far downhill this complex has come. If you have zero expectations for the way you live, this place is fine. Otherwise, if you ever need anything else, the communication with management is impossible. Management has gone downhill since moving in 2 years ago. There is not much upkeep, usually trash and dog poop all over, among many other issues around the luxury complex. Management says they will handle issues but take months to get to issues or even get a response from them. Beautiful property set right into the mountains, Rock Pointe really stands out. The grounds and overall feel are gorgeous. Stephanie in leasing was great to work with, and the maintenance team is always friendly and helpful. They also have a new property manager who seems very approachable and easy to talk to. Overall, a really positive experience thus far.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The leasing office was very unresponsive and horrible to work with when they did respond. Later when we tried to break our lease they intentionally dragged us through the mud. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I would never sign another lease with them even if I was homeless.

We moved in at the end of 2024 and were initially impressed: beautiful apartments, clean grounds, and a professional, responsive management team. Unfortunately, as soon as that original team was reassigned, the quality of the community declined sharply. The most serious issue is safety. Police and emergency responders are here far more often than what is normal for a residential property. One recent incident involved six police cars arriving urgently on a quiet Sunday night.
