I lived in college apartments with better management than this place. Absolutely everything about the office staff is terrible and they don’t know how to treat residents.
Please figure out the leasing department and front office. It’s has been impossible to get anything done around here for all the residents including myself. Keep up with those rent increases and giving zero in return.
Great place BUT, when trying to move out you have to pay $1000 to break the lease, which is fine but then if they don't rent your place out you're liable for the remander of the least. Which is also ok, provided they make an effort to lease your place…. This makes timing of buying a new place and moving out virtually impossible. Further, they make no (zero) effort to list your apartment to help save you the money.
