From the time of first calling to finishing the job, this company was very professional, informative, and empathetic to our situation with bed bugs. Ben was amazing and personable, just a really great person in general who was very thorough and efficient. Very fast. He came in Friday for inspection, gave us a reasonable quote and treated our home the very next morning. So far no signs of bed bugs! And we get a 90 day warranty to call them back just in case. My family is very grateful to God for this company.
So glad I made the call. The response time and communication were top notch. Ben performed the inspection and gave us the run down. He was very personable and professional-he made a bad situation much easier to tackle. Johnny was the service tech and he went above and beyond trying to get our dog out from under the deck. Appreciated everything from beginning to end!
The company overall has great customer service - from beginning to end! They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to Tammy for your patience and kindness while setting-up my appointment (I was freaking out about having bats in my basement). Thank you Alex for handling my bat issue, understanding my fear and providing a solution (he found the bat and humanely removed it from my basement). This company is AMAZING!
We originally spoke with Tammy on the phone at RockPest and she was very informative about the process so we knew our options and what to expect. Ben came out the very next day (today) and was incredible. He was also very informative and professional. He himself did an inspection and he brought his awesome dog out to take a look as well. Same-day, super thorough inspection done (along with my crazy requests of checking certain spots) for bed bugs. Ben also had a dog who is trained to find them in the hardest of places to visually inspect and all of that combined has finally given my family and I such great peace of mind knowing we are not infested or have even any signs of them. Thank you for the superb and prompt service, compassion, and reassurance. 10/10 and will be using them for prevention of pests very soon as well! :)
