Hunter contacted me this morning and was able to arrange and execute a site visit same day. He was very knowledgeable and talked to me about my concerns on the property. I am five hours and more than 3,000 miles away. Hunter made this connection speedy and pleasant. I appreciate how quick and efficient it was to get him to the property. Definitely recommend !!! And will continue to use them again. Wish I had a picture to share!

I can't recommend Rock Pest Control enough! We were dealing with bats getting into our home and flying around at night, which made for some pretty stressful evenings. From my very first phone call, Cammi was absolutely incredible. Her friendliness, compassion, and customer service were second to none. Every business needs a Cammi! I cannot say enough about our technician, Antonio! Not only did he show up on time, he came fully prepared, was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step. What truly impressed us was his exceptional attention to detail and his professionalism combined with a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend this company!

Ben, was very nice and helped me understand the process. He left no questions unanswered and I had plenty. He showed us where the problem was and how they would treat it. Johnny, the technician was just as nice and very thorough. Pleasant to be around and enjoyed his job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They went out of their way to get someone here same day to look for the bat we had in the house. Doug was very friendly and thorough in his inspection. Luckily we did not have any evidence of additional bats in the house or attic. He did make sure to check the entire house for possible points if entry and got me a proposal to fix the issue and avoid this happening again. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail.
