Rock pest control was very quick in responding and scheduling service to address my problem. Joe was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Explained the treatment and follow up process well.
Had roomates move in bringing a bed bug problem, called rockpest to get it taken care of paid several grand for a treatment to find bedbugs alive the very day they treated. We came bsck home maybe 2 hours after they left to a cold house, so they obviously did not get the house to proper tempature or maintain it for the several hours it was supposed to be. Rock Pest Control was one of the best decisions we have made. If you have, or think you might have, bed bugs please do not consider any other company. Ben could not have done a more thorough inspection, including bringing his bed bug dog Raven in as well. Johnny was on time and very courteous. He explained the process of the heat treatment in detail and how long it would take. Overall it was a pleasant experience with Johnny. I would highly recommend Rock Pest Control.
