Ben, was very nice and helped me understand the process. He left no questions unanswered and I had plenty. He showed us where the problem was and how they would treat it. Johnny, the technician was just as nice and very thorough. Pleasant to be around and enjoyed his job. I would recommend this company to anyone.
You definitely want to use this company! It started out with a call with Trevor. Very polite, very professional. We scheduled an appointment and I had to change it because of something that came up. It was no problem. They still could get out there the same day we just changed the time! They were awesome about working around my schedule. Alex did a great job helping remove a nest of starlings, reinforcing parts of my siding, and being efficient with his time.
We stayed in a hotel and brought bed bugs home with us. This has been an absolute nightmare, but Rock Pest Control came in and made us feel at ease. They drove over an hour to our residence and amazingly had the entire process from the free estimate to treatment done in three days. Payment was completely stress free, which is so helpful. This company really changed our lives! I had gotten a hand-me-down baby crib from a friend and unknowingly. It had been infested. The company found the infestation in the baby crib and as disappointing and embarrassing as that is to say, never get hand-me-down anything when it comes to a baby. However, these men went out of their way to find the exact baby crib and replace it. They got us a brand new crib by the time they were finished Spraying! God bless them, definitely choose them.
