The company overall has great customer service - from beginning to end! They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to Tammy for your patience and kindness while setting-up my appointment (I was freaking out about having bats in my basement). Thank you Alex for handling my bat issue, understanding my fear and providing a solution (he found the bat and humanely removed it from my basement). This company is AMAZING!
These guys inspected my ex wife's house for free. Was able to confirm no bed bugs. Found a different kind of bug, easier to kill and gave a recommendation for a different exterminator. He really knows what he's doing. Spent a lot of time explaining everything, didn't charge a bit. Really no reason to look anywhere else.
I was exposed to bedbugs and thought that I might have them. I had read all of the excellent reviews and decided to go with Rock Pest Control. I couldn’t be happier! Ben has integrity is honest and considerate. Turns out I did not have bedbugs and no treatment was recommended. I was worried that I would be pressured into buying something I didn’t need that did not happen.
Professional at a great price! Johnny and Ben were fantastic.!! Bought a flip that had the worst bedbugs infestation you can imagine. They were out in 3 days and no more bedbugs!!! Thanks guys, appreciate the great work!
Rock Pest Control was one of the best decisions we have made. If you have, or think you might have, bed bugs please do not consider any other company. Ben could not have done a more thorough inspection, including bringing his bed bug dog Raven in as well.
