Highly recommend. Excellent knowledge, excellent work ethic, excellent service, great response time. Will definitely get them back for any other concerns. I had issues with bat in my attic Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. I wish them a very successful future.
Hunter contacted me this morning and was able to arrange and execute a site visit same day. He was very knowledgeable and talked to me about my concerns on the property. I am five hours and more than 3,000 miles away. Hunter made this connection speedy and pleasant. I appreciate how quick and efficient it was to get him to the property. Definitely recommend !!! And will continue to use them again. Wish I had a picture to share!
I can't recommend Rock Pest Control enough! We were dealing with bats getting into our home and flying around at night, which made for some pretty stressful evenings. From my very first phone call, Cammi was absolutely incredible. Her friendliness, compassion, and customer service were second to none. Every business needs a Cammi! Ben, was very nice and helped me understand the process. He left no questions unanswered and I had plenty. He showed us where the problem was and how they would treat it. Johnny, the technician was just as nice and very thorough. Pleasant to be around and enjoyed his job. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Not a good visit today, I still Love Rock Pest control. There was something wrong with the chemical mix and it left a residue on the floors throughout my home. We had to mop it all up, which I am guessing also means, there is no longer chemical down.
