My favourite shop in Banff! I stop by every time I visit the park because the selection is constantly being refreshed, the staff are friendly and professional, and most importantly they are dog friendlyyy I now have more rings from this shop than fingers but it’s hard to resist with so many unique treasures and such a welcoming atmosphere! We’ll be back ☺️
As a person of color, I was disrespected at this store. I was waiting in line — there was one family in front of me and two groups behind. The employee helping the family in front called over another staff member and pointed toward me so she could help me next. But when the second staff member came over, she looked directly at me and said, not you and instead called up the people behind me.
