I love the store. However… ordering online is a disappointment. If the product is sold out and no longer available, I would suggest to not have it listed on the website. As well as advise the purchaser that it is unavailable and refund the money. Not refunding or contacting the customer for over seven days is disheartening. It makes me think twice on making an online purchase again.
I don't know if I am happy or not. I purchased a shopping bag to use on Friday 11/28/2025. So I haven't purchased anything but a bag..

Having lived in this area for 20 years, RPS has always been and continues to be one of my favorite stores in Ann Arbor. I love the candles, snarky cards and gifts, and kids’ toys. Every single item feels thoughtfully handpicked.
