I went into the salon for a haircut. I was told to take in a photo of what I wanted by a friend. My stylist was candi. The haircut ended up nothing like what I showed her. When I seen the final result and wasn't please she acted like she could care less. She was very rude and seemed like I was taking up her time as if she had somewhere else to be. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was excited one of the owners was creating my hairstyle with haircut, Keratin treatment ( hair-straightening) !! Let me tell you..she destroyed my hair and it has taken 1 1/2 years for my hair to regrow..that's right..all my hair broke off. She did not take into account my hair was over processed to start with and insisted on the hair straightening. It cost $500! A year and a half is a long time to be unhappy with your hair. A very long time....

I started out with Misha, one of the owners in February of 2014. I decided the next month to try a new style, I knew it would take awhile to get it just right, so was quite patient. After experimenting for three months, it finally looked good for about two months. Then she insisted the bangs should be thinned (ie: texturized). I told her not to thin my hair... but apparently her stubbornness led to my bangs being texturized to oblivion.
